We happened to get Flo's postcard at the place we were temporarily living in. We were already in talks with the owner of a house nearby, and we basically had the house we wanted to buy-- we… just needed an agent to get us started with lenders. At that time, we were already working with another agent but wasn't happy with how the agent viewed our finances. He didn't seem eager to work with what we had. That was when we decided to call Flo. Right off the bat, she said she could work with us and find ways for us to buy that home. Several months of long and arduous process, my partner and I bought our first home!
